The diverse experiences of both artists bring to this combo show a beautiful mix of styles, color, and perspective, conveying to the audience the sensation of traveling alongside, seeing new places and landscapes previously unknown.

Dawn Freeland is a multimedia artist living in Dallas, Texas. She grew up in East Tennessee surrounded by music, art and storytelling. She is a winner in the Artist’s Network 2016 Acrylic Competition and will be featured in ACRYLICWORKS 4: Captivating Color published by North Light Books. Dovie Wu seeks to convey movement and sensibility in her work, and enjoys exploring different painting styles, incorporating multi media and supporting surfaces. Wu loves to travel to different places to do plein air painting. Whether in Spain, Italy, Scotland, China or here in America, she often painted watercolors on location and was inspired by the new landscapes from these countries.
