What is Ebby Around Town?
Metropolitan Press produces a monthly event guide and personalized mailer for Ebby Halliday agents, and we’ve been doing so for over 15 years, in coordination with the Ebby Halliday corporate office. It’s a no-fail way to reach your clients and prospects EVERY MONTH. They hear from you, have your contact information and photo in front of them, as well as a comprehensive and high-quality local event guide, in the mail on a monthly basis. You can even add your current listing or personalized message every month if you wish, or if you have nothing to add, the Ebby Halliday marketing department creates a custom message that will automatically be inserted into your mailer.
Here’s how it works:
Sign up online – just fill in and submit the form, and we will be in touch to finalize everything to get you started.
You’ll pay a $39 one-time setup fee, and $0.96 per mailer (minimum of 100 mailers; quantity determined by your mailing list) which covers design, printing, and mailing. Once you subscribe, your card on file will be billed
automatically each month.
You send your high-resolution, full color headshot, contact information (including return address), and provide a mailing list (Excel database) which may be updated monthly if desired. Your photo and contact information is located in THREE PLACES on the Ebby Around Town trifold mailer!
Metroplex-wide event listing is created by Metropolitan staff each month; you choose which area of DFW for the spotlight section, where three events are shared in detail (North | East | West | Central).
You may include a current listing with photo, message for your clients, or other content for your mailer each month, due by 5pm on the 10th of each month. The bottom third of the mailer’s front page is reserved for your customized content!
If you have no changes to your mailing list or new content to submit, no problem! We use your current mailing list and the custom content provided by the Ebby marketing office, and your mailer is sent to your SOI, like clockwork!
