Catch it before it’s gone! Liz London: Shifting Cosmologies closes October 27, giving you just a few more chances to see the shining gems of her 2016 collection, her new style, delving into environmental landscapes – earthbound and elsewhere – that we’ve had the pleasure of hosting this month at ArtSpace at Metropolitan Press.

That also means you still have time to support local nonprofit Frazier Revitalization Inc! 20% of sales from Liz London’s ArtSpace exhibition will be donated to Dallas nonprofit Frazier Revitalization Inc. (FRI).

The Frazier neighborhood in South Dallas is one of our city’s poorest and most blighted. While significant poverty exists in other parts of the city, in Frazier it is more concentrated, more ingrained and more isolated from resources than most anywhere else. FRI is one of 13 organizations nationwide selected to act as a “community quarterback” in Partners in Progress neighborhoods, driving collective impact at the neighborhood level, increasing economic progress in low-income communities and making urban transformation more efficient and effective. As a result of FRI’s leadership and coordination, the partnership has created substantial early successes. Now, FRI is expanding its work to include three new initiatives to create paths out of poverty for Frazier residents and provide positive community development for the neighborhood.
